FOOD IS NOT AN END.
IT'S A MEANS TO AN END.
tasting the thought on the back of your tongue. ONLY WHEN YOU SWALLOW CAN YOU TASTE THE POWER OF FOOD. ENJOY YOUR SWALLOW! taste the food with the back of your tongue.

When eating, chewing and swallowing, focus on letting your brain slip into a HOMOGENEOUS state of being (not thinking)- and on breathing (through your nose).

TASTE your food.
