I saw a YouTube video that tried to make the claim that you only regret the things that you DIDN'T do in life, but never what you DID do. That's bullshit. What about the drunk call you made to your girlfriend that ruined your relationship? What about the nonrefundable purchase that you ended up regretting? To say that you only regret the things that you DIDN'T do, and never the things that you DID: that's BULLSHIT.
