I don't think it matters, from an eternal perspective, what others thought of us. I believe in reincarnation. After a cycle of eternity, which is God knows how many years, a very long time- long enough to wipe out any memory of what human beings thought of us in our last incarnation. All that really matters is your relationship with yourself and God. 'What others think of you is none of your business.'
