It's painful to take every little insult that's thrown at you, but only when you start to take all of them in silent peace will you start to attain some level of interior peace. The quieter you get, the more you can hear. 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay,' says the Lord.

People may judge you if you don't fight back to every little insult that's directed at you, but I consider your interior peace more valuable than 'others'' image of you.
