EAT W INTENTION

PLAN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I’ve been leaving entirely far too much up to chance.

Find something that you can predict with almost 100% regularity, and time your chews and swallows by it.

Plan aHEAD.

Eat deliberately.

Eat with INTENTION.
