Reading is your opportunity to tune out the world. It is your focus, it is your concentration. You don’t need to listen to anything the world says. Establish yourself your own little reading nook, your own little reading corner, your own little reading cranny, your own little reading niche. It’s the opportunity to blot out the world and settle into a nice groove. 

Books are not boring; there is always something new to be found in books

Sometimes when I wake up, I hesitate to grab a book, because I irrationally think that I won’t find anything new there. However, this IS an irrational thought, as there's ALWAYS SOMETHING new to be found in a book; a book may be just a book (always the same), but inside, there's ALWAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT and UNPREDICTABLE that makes reading a NEW experience EVERY TIME; there's ALWAYS SOMETHING SURPRISING— NOVEL and UNEXPECTED, to be found in there.
