Dear Lord God,

Please deliver me from every temptation.

Please deliver me from every evil.

Please help me to find the spirit of love within my own heart.

Please help me to just stick to the truth.

Please put silence into my mouth when I have nothing to say, and le mot juste when I do. 

Please let me listen only to thee and obey thy commands.

Please stop me from anxiously awaiting the future, and from dwelling on the past, and remind me that the present is all I have.

Please let me mind only my own behavior.

Please let me mind only my own business.

Please forgive me of all sin, absolve my guilt, and let me overcome my past regret.

Please strip away the layers of my ego at the most comfortable rate.

Please strip away the band aid of punishment for my past sin at the most comfortable rate.

Please let me forgive the others for their wrongs and remind them that I am sorry for my own.

Finally, please let me just say thank you for what I do have.
