Dear Lord God, 

deliver me from every temptation,

deliver me from every evil.

Put the right word into my mouth at all times, and silence when I have nothing to say.

Forgive me of all sin,

let me overcome our past regret.

Help me find to the love in my own heart, 

not to lie.

Help me to listen to Thee and to obey Thy commands.

Let me forgive others for their wrongdoings, 

and give thanks for what I do have.

Amen.
